Super excited about healthy recipes

I just got to check out this book:

Ketogenic Diet: Ketogenic Diet for Beginners: A Diet of Low Carb Recipes for Weight Loss (Paleo Cookbook of Ketogenic Diet Recipes for Weight Loss that are Anti-Inflammatory 1)

And can I just say that I am in love?  I am so excited to finish this juice cleanse I'm doing and get into the kitchen and start MAKING THINGS!!!  I mean, I'm gonna have to go shopping first, because a lot of these ingredients are not what I normally keep in the kitchen. Then again, I haven't been cooking too healthfully, and I am determined to start.

Some of the recipes I'm looking forward to the most include:


No one would think that being on a diet or eating healthfully would allow any of those items to enter the room let alone their mouth, but this book of recipes shows me how wrong preconceptions are.

This book is actually making me look forward to a new way of eating!
